Healthcare facilities, retail stores, hotels, schools and other commercial buildings all count on automatic doors for safe, accessible entry. We work with facilities managers to keep those entrances reliable, and we schedule work around your hours whenever possible.

Stay ahead with a maintenance plan

Most door emergencies start as small problems nobody caught. Our preventive maintenance plans put your doors on a regular schedule and include the annual AAADM safety inspection, performed by our AAADM certified technicians. Pick the plan that fits your building:

  • Basic plan: annual AAADM safety inspection and written report

  • Standard plan: adds preventive maintenance twice a year

  • Premium plan: quarterly maintenance, 24/7 priority response, plus discounted parts and labor

If you manage more than one property, ask about multi-site pricing.
